Jason has spent over 25 years honing his skills as an executive leader in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has developed Forbes and AAA award-winning teams within luxury private clubs, resorts, hotels, and freestanding restaurants. He has held senior positions with organizations such as Salamander Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts, and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Most recently, Jason was appointed to a newly created role with the American Culinary Federation as the Culinary Programs Associate. This has allowed his focus to shift from leading high profile operations to devoting his efforts towards moving the culinary industry forward through the awareness of Apprenticeship and Certification programs.
