Maggie Fiorentino is a Product Manager with the National Restaurant Association with over fifteen years of experience in online learning. She has served in various product management and marketing roles, focused on meeting customer needs around digital learning solutions in the hospitality and education industries. In addition to driving the development of the newly released course: Understanding Unconscious Bias, she oversees product strategy for the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute’s industry-focused training and certification programs. Prior to joining the National Restaurant Association, Ms. Fiorentino worked to launch educational programs for the K-12 and Higher Education markets after many years serving as an educator in early childhood and special needs environments. Throughout her career, she remains committed to delivering impactful, high-quality learning experiences.
